Neuro-prosthetics

Research - Data Collection and Visualization - Product Design - Arduino Proto-typing

In this project the human brain activity is mapped on to the environment. This has been achieved through the use of EEG device to record electrical activity in brain. Digital computation provides a way to actuate the environment through human sensory channels of sound, light, motion and visual imagery. An application of this idea is a neuro-prosthetic device to communicate with the environment without verbal or haptic interaction.

Project in collaboration with Jose Luis Castillo, Marshall Prado and Alexander Meyers at Harvard University
